May 1989, Graduated Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture degree.
June 1989 - February 1992, worked at Jeff Brauer's firm, GolfScapes, Inc. in Arlington, Texas.
March 1992 - August 1997, worked at with von Hagge Design Associates in Spring, Texas. While at von Hagge, Mr. Blume was the project architect for courses in Mexico, Japan and the United States. Some of his more notable projects during this time include Playacar Club de Golf in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico; Bay Colony and Pelican Marsh Golf Clubs in Naples, Florida; and Malibu International Golf Club in Kobe, Japan.
In August of 1997, Mr. Blume resigned his position with von Hagge, and formed his own design firm, Jeff D. Blume, Limited. To date he has been responsible for the design of La Paloma Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas; The Farm D'Allie Golf Club in Lafayette, Louisiana; Elkins Lake (Ravines Course) in Huntsville, Texas; Grand Lake Estates in Montgomery, Texas; and Grand Pines Golf Club in Montgomery, Texas.
