Gainey Ranch Golf Club -Arroyo/Lakes/Dunes, is a Resort, 27 hole golf course facility located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Gainey Ranch Golf Club, offers golf on three distinctive, championship 9-hole courses: The Lakes, The Dunes and The Arroyo. Gainey Ranch was once an historic Arabian horse ranch owned by Daniel C. Gainey. With panoramic views of the McDowell Mountains, the allure of the Sonoran Desert and breathtaking blue skies, Gainey Ranch is more than just a golf club.
J. Michael Poellot has more than lived up to his reputation in designing each of Gainey Ranch's courses. Gainey Ranch opened for play in 1985.
With its lush greenery, sparkling waterways and spectacular waterfall at the 9th hole, The Lakes is both a challenge and a delight. Surrounded by the indigenous desert, The Dunes course requires accuracy off the tee and a gentle touch on the greens. And the longest of the three nines, The Arroyo requires both power and placement, ending with its infamous peninsular green on #9.

Gainey has three distinctly different 9 hole courses. Each one is a challenge. All three courses are quiet, have wide fairways, lots of sand traps, and have challenging greens.

Overpriced on their weekend days, but convenient to hotel. Staff golf conceirge service at the Hyatt is exceptional and best of anywhere we have been. It makes playing any of the three layouts a breeze to and from the course and club storage.
