Chevy Chase Country Club first opened for play in 1926. The course was designed by William F. and William P. Bell. Harry Rainville redesigned the course in 1960.

Chevy Chase is a 9-hole course comprised of 10 greens and 36 tees to form a 5200 yard 18 hole, par 67 course with a rating of 65.5 and a slope of 124 from the men’s tees, and a par 72 course with a rating of 69.4 and a slope of 123 from the ladies/junior tees.The signature hole is #7, a 346-yard, par 4.
