The course was in great shape except for the 1st green, and the starter let us know that there was a disease that they were treating. Very varied holes and challenging approaches and greens. It was really hot the day we played. The course is also a long way from home for a day trip. Overall, my group enjoyed playing the course.

Sould have brought a pillow and blanket to take naps between shots. Extremely slow, took almost 6 hours to play! And that was after we had to wait 30+ minutes past our tee time to tee off! Maybe they should take less tee times on the weekends to improve the pace of play. I will give the course one more chance, but only on a weekday.

horrible customer seervice. Not a very good experience with the starter (Mark) was his name. Very un professional and quite an attitude.

I am a social member and play the course 4 or 5 times a month. It is definitely the toughest in the area and a great layout. You only see the hole you are playing. Water, rough, length. Fairways are starting to fill in and the bunkers are being filled with better sand. Open to the public right now but still able to get around in 4 hours during the week.

Fantastic layout, but condition of the fairways, rough and sand traps is dismal. Greens are well above average and would be perfect if just a little quicker.

This course was priced fairly and quite competitively at $69, but I would probably not pay the normal rate of $100 to play it.

Wonderful layout, very challenging, lots of variety to each hole's layout, yet very fair. Lots of different shots required and different clubs you will use in your round. Choose your tee boxes wisely. It is difficult if you are trying to play above your means on further back tee boxes, although not long it is very challenging, don't go asleep on any hole it will eat you into a bigger score very fast. Wonderful driving range and yes, real grass in good condition, no mats, complementary range balls with your round and balls stacked in pyramid style, & are in new condition, very large practice green as well as a secondary practice green, excellent condition!

This course is a gem. the staff, clubhouse are all a plus. The course it self is a true challenge, I would love to play it again. If you ever have a chance to play it do by all means.

Wonderful golf course; the best I've played in the San Diego area. Quietly winding thru the hills and Oak trees, with no freeways nearby to see or hear. We had a great time.

By far the best course in North San Diego county. A course you really need to think to get around. The greens are in awsome condition but tough.
