Lake San Marcos is the most improved course in the area. The name has changed to St. Marks. The owners have decided to make the little course the best in the area. There is a new club house and restaurant planned awaiting permits from the city. Many golfers are not aware of this course located on the west side of the large private course at the country club. Anyone who has played this course in the past will see the improvement immediately.
