Coyote Creek Golf course is a Public, 36 hole golf facility located in Morgan Hill, California. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses, The Tournament Course and The Valley Course.
The Tournament course first opened for play in 1999. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
This par-72 course plays 7,027 yards from the tips, but has five tee positions on each hole to accommodate all golfing abilities.
To the east, the Tournament Course has been sculpted from the lower slopes of the Diablo Range, offering the golfer constantly changing views. To the west, the course opens into broader vistas and more generous fairway landing areas.
The 18th hole provides a spectacular finish and is considered by many to be the Tournament Course’s Signature hole. At 433 yards, this par-4 is bordered by lakes along the entire right side. An accurate tee shot, carried over the water, is rewarded by a short iron approach over the lake fronting the green.

Greens were VERY fast and hard to read. Fairways are in pretty good shape. The Green Topped red stakes (environmental - no penalty) changed the play. I took more chances to carry the environmental stuff.

I am strokes memeber and enjoy playing the Tournament Course. Sometimes very windy.

Really liked the course. Holes on the other side of fwy were very nicely layed out. A high handicap will struggle to score. Staff was great! Food was good and drinks were too. Played here my second day... and loved it.

The staff and director of golf in the pro shop are great and offer superb deals on club purchases. The food shack closes too early and the cart girl does not come by often enough, if ever. The GPS yardages often seem off by five yards or more. A fun, sometimes difficult, and always challenging course to play. Even on Sunday afternoons it's possible to finish a round in four hours.

Challenging course that was in good shape. Service and the food in the clubhouse leaves a lot to be desired. Play was godawful slow, 6+ hours, which may have affected my objectivity in evaluating the restaurant. Like the course but not enough to play again on a Sunday.

The bar is way too expensive...$17 for pitcher of Coors Light is kinda ridiculous!

We were behind a tourney, so it took 6 hours to play. I played one month ago in 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon

Back nine is very dull. Front nine is much nicer then back nine. Very windy in the afternoon. Has freeway next to course. Regular weekend price is too expensive. Using discount coupons makes price fair.

This course is much better than it was when it was Riverside Golf Course, however there is nothing really interesting about the course. The wind makes this challenging, as US 101 acts like a wind tunnel in the afternoon.

First half of course is challenging/interesting - second half is less so...

Definitely the better of the two courses. Once hosted the Senior Seibel Open. The holes on the front across the freeway are truly memorable. Nicklaus seems to have placed a hazard just about everywhere you want to hit the ball -- a true thinking-man's course.

A fun challenge. Frustrating if you're not getting off the tee well.

Sometimes feels like own private course on the day and time we play.
