The greens here are pretty good. I think they are better than Brookside in Pasadena where I prefer to play. The main reason I play here is the greens and price. Everything at Whispering Lakes is run down and the place needs massive investments in the carts, clubhouse etc. The fairways are pretty rough. The lakes are poluted and look sad.

Flat, easy to walk course. Bargain priced, especially compared to other courses nearby. Unfortunately they allow fivesomes and have no on-course marshals during the week so play often gets really slow. Course is usually in good shape but the greens have been bumpy for the 30+ years I've played this course. It was originally called Ontario National. Expect a lot of flies and bugs; dairy farms are directly across the street from the course. Noise is a problem, too, as the course straddles the 60 freeway. Large practice green, full chipping area, grass tees on driving range. A good value for the price.
