Badly planned tournaments led to delay after delay. After 5 and half hours we got to #14 and found 3 groups ahead of us on the tee, so we called it a day. They did provide a cash rebate on the green fees we had paid. Fairways and greens were in great shape; rough presented a more than normal challenge. I think it's being let grow for the Charles Schwab cup, and it was pretty wet. I understand the need for the tournaments that generate revenue, but much better management is needed.
