Drove folrm LAs Vegas to play here in route to Seattle and was well worth the drive. Condition of the back nine much better than the front, not that the front was bad but you could tell the older from the newer 9. Greens were great some fairways better than others. Stopped several times to let the deer play through. Great views and setting. Would make the trip again. D..

Friendly staff, and a true links course. Many blind shots, and nuances, so local knowledge is rewarded. The course guide ($2.50) is well worth it. Bring plenty of balls and have fun.

Have played in late winter - early spring several times. Dries out fast after rains. Challenging layout, nice views.

We have a vacation home here and usually play at the twilight rate. The back nine, added later, is more challenging then the front with many forced carries and a very nice feel. There are houses around the course but none too close to area of play. If it is windy, the course is very challenging. Its worth a golf vacation. Rent a house. Sea Ranch is beautiful. and fyi I think the address listed is wrong because it shows up on the webpage map as down by Salinas. Actually, Sea Ranch is on the border of Sonoma and Mendocino County 2 miles from the town of Gualala

Greens were Perfect! Equal to the best I've ever played, and that includes some very high end high dollar famous name courses. the fairways are a bit rough. Obviously, the maintenance dollars are spent on the greens. the real knock, is the carts. they are gas powered and really detract from the clean ocean air and peace and quiet.
