I have played River Ridge many times. It is usually in great shape, greens very good, sometimes the fairways are a little chewed up. The staff is wonderful. The snack bar not much, but the food is excellent. It is one of the more expensive public courses in the area, but most of the time worth it.

We loved the course and friendly staff and will return. Once they finish all repairs and upgrades to grounds, course will be spectacular.

Always fun at River Ridge. Never have to wait due to 36 holes. Excellent conditioning - greens in great shape. Distance control a must with your putter and approach shots as Greens are huge and all have some roll to them. Very fair and you can score here if your game is on. Can be windy in the afternoon. Newer holes are great and wide fairways and 150 yard markers are helpful and keep the pace of play moving. Come out and play. Great practice facilites, excellent professionals, take a lesson as they will improve your game, staff in pro shop are great. Either course is very good.
