Greens are a little rough, fairways are tight and or no grass. The rough is at different lenghts if any at all.

The best greens around. Bunkers and rough needs some work.

I have been playing this course for over 30 years and this is the conditions are the best I have seen here. This course is comparable to any in Ventura county, now it may not the best course in the area but it is worth the trip.

Price seems to be going up regularly but still the least expensive in the area. Used to be half the price of area courses and now it is about 75%. Food at the snack shace between 9 and 10th hole is THE BEST!

I've been playing here since 1992. Used to play at least twice a week. During past 5 years, I play at least twice a month. I enjoy it because the weather is excellent. It's always 15 - 20 degrees cooler the Simi in the summer and it's 5 degrees warmer in the winter than Simi. I do like the course and so do my friends.
