Priced right for a district resident but highly overpriced (by $20) if you're not. Always in good condition & greens fast but fair.

Coming out of a harsh February, the course condition is outstanding. The greens are as good as mid-summer; smooth and true. Hole# 10, one of the most difficult Par 3's in the state of Colorado is under reconstruction of the tee boxes. Staff intends to have new tees open for late April. Could make a very challenging Par 3 even better!
