The back nine fairways were rather shabby. The greens were nice. I might have ranked pace better, but I got paired with a 3 some..one was fairly good and kept pace, one was loud and didn't encourage ready golf and the other hacked around the course and didn't always pick up when triple/quad bogey.

Fairways are in horrible condition. Good drives ended up on bare ground or in between clumps of grass. Wait at least a month to play.

Challenging layout, conditions ok, but not great. Too many great courses in the Denver area to spend many days at this course. Very friendly staff.

The price I paid did not include a cart. The form did not let me check the "no cart: box.
This used to be a great course but the people running it are snotty and they seem to be killing the grass in alot of areas
