Very poor experince,terible customer service.

Played on an overcast day. Figured there was a good chance we could get the majority of a round before it rained. We hit our drives, it started to sprinkle, and before we got to our second shots they blew the storm warning horn. We returned to the club house only to be informed that it would be raining all day. They would refund our money, or give us a rain check, not even 9 holes worth. We were never told that they never give rain checks. There was no sign. It cost each member of our group $40 to hit one shot. They just stole our cash. We come down to the gulf coast ever year to play. This year we had booked 21 rounds of golf with them and they treated us this way. Beware, if the weather is iffy, you get screwed.

Shame on Marcus Pointe Golf Club.
