Trump National Doral, Blue Monster

I played the course as part of league play, so that explains the really low price. Normally, the course is way over-priced. It's fair-to-challenging layout, but next to impossible when they let the rough grow long (as it was for this review). The overall Doral facility is fantastic, but their staff ALWAYS leave something to be desired. I have been playing there for decades, and the staff issue is why I would NEVER recommend this course for vacation. South Florida has better options for less money where the staff will treat you better.

The whole staff system at Doral, from the Pro shop to the waiters was great. They made the whole vacation worth while. I have been to many golf courses/resorts in the states and I would recommend that that they all need to play at Doral to know and to experence the true value of a top end golf course and resort. I rate Doral a 10++. While I was also there I witnessed a group of 800 leave and 600 show up the same night and everything was so organized that all seemed smooth and without any problems.
