Detailed description of Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort, Las Colinas
Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort -Las Colinas, is a Resort, 18 hole golf course located in Howey In The Hills, Florida
Las Colinas opened for play in 1992. The course was designed by Gary Koch.
The layout features an island links design with wide-open fairways, rolling hills and challenging undulating greens. Its signature hole is the par-5, 12th hole that is 493 yards and requires accurate shot placement.
$26 (cart included), played on Wednesday, June 2014 at 4pm
Though I always want to play El Campeon when I go to Mission Inn. I find that Los Colinas has great holes that rival its sister course. Both course are unique and fun to play.
$61 (cart included), played on Wednesday, April 2014 at 2pm
greens very slow, but preparing for a major event, so perhaps protective. The group of players seemed to bunch up and there was no range to promote pace. Interesting option to the Champeon course. Folks in the pro shop were very helpful.
