The layout of the Cypress is one of the best in Broward however over the past few years the conditions have deteriorated. Most of the greens are good however the 1st hole is horrific - and it's been this way for 6 months with no end in sight. I find it insane that this green has not been replaced when all other efforts have been fruitless. The greens on the 3rd and 5th holes were also poor - yet improving. The clubhouse is in dire need of an update. This could be an excellent "go to" course but there is work to be done.

Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again
