With 27 holes you are sure to never get tired of the same old course. One 9 hole section has water, one has woods, and the other is long and flat.
The facility also has a very nice driving range and country style laid back clubhouse with a nice patio and cooler drinks, hot dogs, chips and other packaged snacks.

This is a wonderful value. I play this course on a regular schedule. The staff are helpful and professional. They maintain a beautiful course and bunkers are excellent and greens are perfect. Never have a problem with others or speed of play. Very nice players throughout the course. Highly recommended. Will continue to play here. I am sure you will enjoy it. Memberships are so affordable for me and the family.

THIS IS ONE OPF THE NEATEST GOLFING EXPERIENCES IN THE sTATE OF GEORGIA. IT HAS NO CONS. YOU CAN PLAY ANY OF THE 3 NINE HOLE COURSES FOR $6.00 AND A CART COST $3.00 PER NINE. THEY ARE NOT VERY LONG BUT VERY CHALLENGING AND THE GREENS ARE THE BEST. IF YOU LIKE TO WALK YOU WILL FIND THE COURSE PRETTY LONG FOR WALKING BECAUSE IT IS A LONG WAY FROM ONE TEE TO ANOTHER ON ABOUT 4 HOLES. tHE NEWEST OF THE NINES IS A LINKS STYLE COURSE AND IF YOU DO NOT HIT IT STRAIGHT, BRING A LOT OF BALLS BECUASE YOU CANNOT FIND THEM IN THE GRASS. THERE IS AN ISLAND GREEN ON ONE OF THE PAR 3'S ON THE FIRST NINE THAT IS GREAT.

The Woods Golf course is a delightful country course in Cochran Georgia. It's a bit off the well worn track, but that's part of the charm. This is the case of a family farm turned into a family owned and operated golf course.
Many of the 27 holes will surprise you as in Oh my goodness, I would not have expected this challege and layout on a course this enexpensive to play. From island greens, elevated tees, blind shots, ponds, bunkers, tree lined fairways, this coure has a nice mix of everthing.
No, it is not Augusta, but for less than $20, you will be getting a lot more than you pay for. A delightful surprise and real nice golf.
