Woodruff Golf Course first opened for play in 1922. The course was redesigned by Larry Packard in 1966.
Woodruff is a scenic, well-manicured course with sweeping elevation changes and small greens. Due to its hilly terrain, this course can be both very demanding and remarkably scenic. Water hazards (creeks and ponds) come into play on a number of holes, and numerous large trees can affect your shots.
Par for the course is 68. From the back tees the course plays to 5,424 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,059 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-4 that plays to 387 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 157 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 18, the 387 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest at Woodruff Golf Course hole is # 6, a 259 yard par-4.

The first 6 holes are nothing special but the next 3 on the front and the back 9 are very challenging. Very short but enjoyable course. Rates shown are winter rates.
