The course was built on hilly terrain, so expect some uneven lies. The fairways are tree lined, and water comes into play on eleven holes. The signature hole is #3, a 468-yard, par 5, requiring two calculated shots to position you for a 125-yard approach over water to the green.

The course closed in 2014.

Aaron Kendall, a real estate agent and vice president at F.C. Tucker Commercial, purchased the 127-acre site at the auction in 2015 for $1.07 million. He is developing the property as a high-end residential subdivision to be called Clearcrest Estates.
