It was reported in 2018 that Jasper businessman Chance Evans will reopen the facility.
The golf course will not reopen, but the driving range, swimming pool and a large pond on the west side of the property will stay.
The property will be turned into an RV park and event center to be used for special events and meetings. The center would include a driving range and swimming pool with memberships available.
