Webhannet golf course is a beautifully maintained eighteen hole course only a few hundred yards from the Atlantic surf and located one city block from the shores of Kennebunk Beach, Maine. Bunkers and water hazards come into play throughout the course, and trees line the fairways. Some of the greens are undulating. Tidal-fed water hazards, 31 bunkers and serpentine Kentucky blue fairways leading to spacious bent grass greens pinpoint the fun challenge of playing Webhannet. Lone Tree, the #1 handicap fourth hole, stretches 531 yards. The #3 hole, Needle’s Eye, requires a ruler-straight 238-yard drive!
The course opens in mid-April and closes in mid-October for its 280 members, with public play available on a limited basis.
The golf course at the Webhannet Golf Club plays to a par-71 and 6,010 yards. The course rating is 68.4 with a slope rating of 114.
