Woodland Terrace opened for play in 1953. The course was designed by Charles Caldswell. The course is co-located with a motel and serves as an amenity for the motel patrons. Woodland Terrace has a low key atmosphere and is enjoyable for all skill levels of golfer. This heavily-wooded course has plenty of mature trees lining its undulating fairways.

This short 9-hole course plays to a 9-hole par of 30 and a maximum 9-hole distance of 1,555 yards.
