Reddeman Farms Golf Club is a Public 18 holes golf course located in Chelsea, Michigan .
Reddeman Farms Golf Club first opened for play in 1990.The course was designed by Howard Smith.
The course has water hazards that come into play on thirteen holes. Most of the fairways are tree lined, but the front nine is more open than the back nine. The greens are fairly large and undulating.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,525 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,675 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 507 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 15, a par-3 that plays to 143 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 9, a 425 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 15, a 143 yard par-3.

I've meant to stop in and play this 6,525yd / 71.6 / 127 / Par 72 Links (Front 9) & Wooded (Back 9) layout (4 sets of tees) for quite some time.
The biggest drawback was the 2-mile dirt road to get to this very nice conditioned layout that had the many seniors paying $27 for this Saturday morning 18 hole round.
The course is a good balance of four (4) Par 3's (Avg 160 yards), ten (10) Par 4's (Avg 380 yards) and four (4) short Par 5's (480 yards) that had a challenge to them. Tee boxes and fairways were cut very nice and in good condition BUT could use some "Divot Repair" dirt on at least the par 3's. Most greens had at least one (1) sand trap and a grass bunker protecting it and held very good to all iron shots. Coming up short to all greens made saves come easy. Holes #9 & #18 are both Par 5's that force 220-yard drives to lay up to avoid the water protecting the greens (100 yd water carry) that you can't see from your drives.
Shot a clean 40/40 w/36putts (No O.B.'s) as the average size greens were very friendly today. Worth stopping in and playing this great course just off I-94 if traveling through this area that caters to Seniors, as Saturday morning pricing showed.
