Hawley Golf & Country Club is a very demanding course. A flowing river comes into play on three holes. The course features gently rolling hills and a few sand bunkers. The greens are fast, and the fairways are narrow.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 6,114 yards. From the foward tees the course plays to 5,087 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 9, a par-5 that plays to 543 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 13, a par-3 that plays to 145 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 509 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Hawley Golf & Country Club is # 11, a 327 yard par-4.

I've been an "avid hacker" for a number of years and have played most courses in the area. Some are more expensive, others are less. Hawley Golf and CC is the best value within 250 miles. Challenging, yet forgiving; very well maintained with an accommodating and welcoming mood from the clubhouse staff to the other golfers on the course. I became a member two years ago and drive 60 miles RT to play this course 3-4 times each week, and would daily if I could find more partners. Try Hawley Golf and CC. You'll come back again!!!
