This is a very nice links type layout. It is usually in great condition and has really good greens. The front side is wide open with a lot of mounding on the sides of fairways. The back nine has a few tree lined holes with a bit more elevation changes. Only a few homes are on the course and do not inhibit the experience at all. A real value.

Links style course, front and back nine played a bit like two different courses. More hilly and scenic in the back, many more trees. Front was pretty wide open, only minor con was the proximity of the highway, which did generate some background noise at times. Back was more punishing, with the rough deeper and much more difficult hit a recovery shot. We bought a package at a discount early in the year and I would play again at that price, but probably wouldn't make the drive (120 miles one way from my home) if I were to pay regular rate.
