Front nine was a bit rough. But the back nine was a pleasure. Nice course challenging greens, small and fast, so good shot making a must.

This course is always in great condition and is a fair challenge for most golfers. Front nine is shorter and somewhat easier, back is the most difficult.

I enjoyed the course, greens were fast, the fairways were somewhat narrow, but not bad, but they had a lot of divots, but that is a player etiquette issue.

The course has a ton of sand traps, bunkers, and waste bunkers, so if you are not a fairly straight shooter, bring sun screen and a beach chair, LOL.

The course is pretty enough and I enjoyed it, but I did think it was a little over priced for what it is. It is better than average compared to most in the area, but I felt it was still priced $20-$25 too high. I did play it on Labor Day weekend, so that probably added a premium to the cost. To my way of thinking (comparison with many other courses) the maximum (premium time, premium condition) for this cousre should possibly be $80-$85, not over $100 like our group paid. I would play it again, but not very often because of the price.

Great course, and fun to play. The staff in the pro shop and at the starters booth were very accommodating. I just got under the wire by playing on the last day of April as the price went up considerably the next day. The $55.00 I paid (cart included) was well worth the price, but I would not travel the distance and pay more. In the bar the wait staff did not know how to pour a proper Guiness, but the Bass Ale came out just fine.

I live in the community and one of the reasons we bought here was the golf course. I lived in AZ prior to moving here and this was one of the best values in the area.
