Early in the season and the course was in pretty good shape. Greens had been aerated and still had not completely healed. I have played this course 4 or 5 times 2012 - 2013. Better than average course for the area and priced fairly compared to the area.

For so late in the season the course was in fantastic shape. Greens ran true. Bunkers well raked. Leaves blown free from fairways and greens. Had a great time.

Riverview is in the midst of an area with nice courses, though many of the others are private and/or very expensive. Therefore, for the price, Riverview is a good deal (especially better than in nearby Jersey).
One special feature: An unbelievable number of sand traps, which are very well maintained; challenging, but attractive. Also a couple of interesting/unique holes (island green, elevation changes). Everyone I have spoken to enjoys the course, and--at least so far this season--it is never crowded . . .

I live close to this course(within 1 mile). The day I played, the greens had been aerated. Nothing was mentioned about this when I called only when I showed up and paid my money. Also, there was no price reduction due to this. In addition, major constuction was being done to one of the holes with equipment and workers "swarming" the green. Again, nothing was mentioned about this at the pro shop. The course is a very nice course overall, but the above mentioned facts were quite irritating at the time.

I and 11 others traveled to Easton from the Harrisburg area (approx 2 hrs) to play this and another course in the area over 2 days. This course was a very pleasant experience. The course had some character, and was a very nice challenge regardless of the tee you choose to play. The tees boxes were in not so good shape. However, I saw a lot of maintenance staff tending to the course which gives me hope that they are investing in the course with the intent to give it first class care once the new course superintendent comes on board. The price we got was $35 and included a very nice lunch!!! Definitely a go to course!
