Hudson Valley Resort & Conference Center first opened for play in 1974. The course was designed by Lou Block.
This rolling course is carved through the trees with the Shawangunk mountain range as the backdrop. The greens are small and undulating.

When I played there were two temporary greens, but the course plays well, and the scenery is nice, and the resort had stuff for the wives to do while we played. I was glad to see them repairing the two greens because I'd heard they were in rough shape last year- looks promising, and I'm looking forward to coming back.
