Delaware Park Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Buffalo, New York.
Delaware Park golf course first opened for play in 1930.
This public course is located inside the city limits and is surrounded by a public park. The fairways are wide open, and the greens are medium-sized. This is a great course to walk because the terrain is not too strenuous. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.
This par-68 course plays to a maximum distance of 5,359 yards for a course rating of 70.0 and a slope rating of 114.

Getting better all the time thanks to the Olmstead prkc Conservany. Perfect for a duffer like me and other casual golfers.

Typical big city muni, having suffered from decades of neglect. However, the layout is surprisingly pleasant, and the greens were very playable. I enjoyed the feel of an oasis of golf in the middle of the city. The Olmsted Conservancy has done a good job so far, and if they can continue to improve the condition of the course, they could have have a really nice facility for the people of Buffalo.
