Tuscarora Golf Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Marcellus, New York.

Tuscarora Golf Club first opened for play in 1923. The couse was designed by noted Scottish course architect Seymour Dunn. In 1929 and 1930 Robert Trent Jones tweaked Dunn's design and introduced their signature mounding.

Tuscarora Golf Club is an eighteen hole championship layout. The course is laid out over low, rolling hills west of Syracuse. The plush fairways are medium in width, tree lined, and the greens are small and fast. The course has sand bunkers, but there are no water hazards.
