I have played every public course in the CNY area and this is my favorite by far! Sunset provides a challeging, yet fair course for all handicaps. Course conditons are among the best in the area and the layout of the course always provides a fun round. This course also has the best views and scenery of any golf course in the area. which makes it worth playing just for that reason! Also, the staff is always very courteous and makes sure that everything goes smoothly before, during, and after your round. We always like to order some sandwiches at the turn from the grill, as the chef makes some awesome food with HUGE portions. If you have never played Sunset you are missing out big time!

This course was fun to play. It has all kinds of holes. Good for the mid handicapper.

Stunning views from several tees and greens make this especially nice in the autumn. Very popular course - we played with two high school teams following us and several foursomes as well - slow pace was a deterrent. Course difficulty was above average, but greens are lumpy.

The links at sunset ridge is the best course in the Syracuse area. The course is always in mint condition no matter what time of year you play it.
