Davis Countryside Meadows opened for play in 1996. The course was designed by David Penders.

This scenic course was built on hillside farmland. There are a number of uneven lies. The tree-lined fairways are fairly wide on the front nine, and narrower on the back. Ponds come into play on six holes and a stream comes into play on another three holes. The greens are fairly large, sloped and generally fast. There are no sand bunkers. One of the most challenging holes is #16, a 259-yard, par 4, which plays downhill through some trees, then uphill to an elevated green. Tall evergreen trees sit on both sides of the landing area.

Davis Countryside Meadowsplays to a par-72 and measures 6,023 yards from the longest tees. The course rating is 67.3 with a slope rating of 111.
