Hannah Country Club first opened for play in 1990. The golf course was designed by K. Nagasaka.
This scenic course is very demanding. The fairways are narrow, and the large greens are undulating. There are water hazards that come into play on thirteen holes.
Hannah Golf Course has three different personalities: 1. The front nine is located in a beautiful valley, with water hazards coming in to play on all nine holes. 2. The first five holes of the back nine are very challenging with many water hazards. The signature hole, lucky thirteen, features a fairway with a small landing area surrounded by two large ponds and a creek, and is referred to as "The Terminator." 3. The 15th to the 18th hillside holes provide the most beautiful views along with breaking putts.
If you play from the black tees, 7,195 yards, you can enjoy the dynamic play of an open championship golf course, where every hole becomes the terminator and holes # 2 and #11 become monsters. Even the pros are so intimidated they often must lay up on their second shots. Hole #7 is a Hanah special, a 257 yard par 3, where most players must use a driver. The Hanah golf course is a must do challenge for any die-hard golfer.
