Calverton Links, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Calverton, New York.
The course first opened for play in 1994. It was expanded to 18 holes in 2000.
Although this is a flat and easy course to walk, shot accuracy is still at a premium here. The fairways are narrow, and the greens are undulating. There are several ponds and sand bunkers incorporated into the course design.
The signature hole is #5, a 341-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a straightaway sloping fairway with water guarding the left side.
Blue tees: par-71, 6,249 yards
White tees: par-71, 5,878 yards
Red tees: par-71, 4,708 yards
The course closed on Oct. 30, 2013 and never reopened.

The course was in exceptionally good shape despite the lack of adequate rain for weeks. Fairly short course even from the tips but exceptional deal included lunch. Pay attention to the yardages marked on the ground especially on the par 3's depending on pin locations, my rangefinder was finding 20-30 yd discrepancies.
