Chenango Valley State Park Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Chenango Forks, New York.
Located in Chenango Valley State Park in scenic Broome County, the original 9-hole course, known as Riverside Golf Course, was designed by engineer James Evans and landscape architect Laurie Cox and constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. In 1967 the course was redesigned by Hal Purdy and expanded to 18 holes. It offers players many challenges from tight, tree-lined fairways to rolling terrain, undulating greens, and difficult approach shots.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,271 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,246 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 7, a par-5 that plays to 566 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 108 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 4, a 543 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 8, a 108 yard par-3.

This is one of my favorite courses. It has a great layout. Fairways are wide and tree lined. Is challenging, but not too hard.
