Twin Cedars Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Mocksville, North Carolina.

The course first opened for play in 1965. The course was designed by Bob Benson.

Twin Cedars was built on rolling terrain. The course has fairly wide open, but tree-lined fairways. The greens are small and slightly sloped. A pond comes into play on one hole.

Championship tees: par-71, 6,436 yards
Middle tees: par-71, 5,662 yards
Forward tees: par-73, 4,721 yards
