Green Valley Country Club, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located on the north side of Greenville, South Carolina.
Green Valley Country Club first opened for play in 1958. The course was designed by George Cobb. The course was renovated in 2001 by Tom Jackson.
The 18-holes are situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and wind through the natural terrain of the Reedy River Valley. The Reedy River is a factor on 10 holes with small lakes on 5 others.
The most difficult hole is #1, a 437-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg left fairway, then an approach shot over a creek to the green.
