This course is always in great shape all over. Practice facility includes range, and separate putting & chipping areas. Easily the most difficult course in the Wilmington area- water is in play on 12 of 18 holes, and there are several gators to watch out for. A great test for good/average players, not recommended for beginners.

Masonboro Country Club is the name of the course on the site of the former Cape Raquet and Golf Club. High dollar renovation, challenging layout, terrific greens. A great addition to the limited choices within New Hanover County.

The toughest shotmakers course in the area. When the wind blows add 5+ strokes.Greens are immaculate but very hard to read,if you manage to get a straight putt ,you really need to take advantage of it.Forget putting through fringe it is like glue, wedge play is crucial.Fairways are open for the most part if you can drive it 225 yds otherwise get ready for a long day,Move up and enjoy it,or let your ego help you shoot 90.
