Absolutely the Best Bargain in the country for retirees and those 55 plus. Homes are priced reasonably. Annual resident fee and golf fees are more than reasonable. Course is walkable for all. Course is playable nearly year around. You can own your own golf cart and drive in the surrounding Senior Estates area.

lf you only look at the scorecard and note the shortness of this course you might think it is a pushover and it can be but there are only two holes that do not have out of bounds so accuracy is more important than distance. And the greens are small with subtle undulations which will challenge your green reading skills and distance control. If you keep you ball in play it is simple, however at the end of the round you might be surprised to find you have a problem playing to your handicap. Lots of missed greens with challenging chips and pitches. Especially if you've missed to the side. Small targets for sure. Still, I enjoyed the challenge and will play this more often since it is a test of patience and course management.
