We were there on a day after rain and the course was wet, soggy. There is a few holes with condos very close-in so plan to hit in a yard (hopefully not the home) if you have a hook or can't drive in a straight line. I remember one hole when my golf friend hit way too far, it went over the fence but luckily NOT on I-5, that could've been disastrous. I believe most members live there in the condos which were apartments in the 1980's, I only know that because I dated someone who lived there before they were Senior citizen "condos." Overall not a bad course if Salem residents want a 9 hole, mostly 3-par game close to home. Really recommend not going after lots of rain the previous day.previous day... our balls literally stopped with the tee off, many shots without tee use sprayed water everywhere, even on you. Maybe its better now, it's been about 7+ years since we were there.
