Olde Homestead Golf Course is one of the prettiest and hardest courses in eastern Pennsylvania. And when you are finished playing, there is a deck that looks toward the sun going down over the Big Blue Mountain. The views on many holes include the Bake Oven Knob, and forests and cornfields everywhere. The Smith family has done a very admirable job at maintaining the ecology of the course and you can see that nature is important to the enjoyment of the game. Streams and ponds abound. Red-winged blackbirds keep an eye on play. Two holes are high, short and overlook drops worth a good laugh. It's a fun course, and the cheeseburgers at the end of the game are tops. I've done a lot of South Carolina gold, but I am always happy to be home at Olde Homestead.

Nice layout, great views, price is fair, pace of play was a bit on the slow side. The greens were very slow, and some were not playable. I was given a $9.00 rain check because of the conditions of the greens. I should have been told about the green conditions when I made my t-time.

Everything about this course is top notch. Very well maintained, attentive staff, SUPER challenging course. Would play here regularly if it weren't so far.
