Detailed description of Pine Hills Country Club, Eighteen Hole Course
Pine Hills Country Club is a Public, 27 hole golf facility located in Taylor, Pennsylvania. The facility has a regulation 18-hole golf course and a 9-hole par-3 golf course.
Pine Hills first opened for play in 1960.
The 6,000 yard, par 71, 18-hole course is conveniently located close to downtown Scranton, Interstate 81 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Both courses are relatively easy and are good choices for beginners or players who want to improve their game. There are no sand bunkers, no water hazards and very few trees incorporated into the course design. The greens are in good condition and are well-manicured.

Fun course I play fairly regularly! I would recommend it to someone visiting the area, very easy to find.

This is a junk course that could be much much better.

Pine Hills is an average course in terms of condition and ambiance. It is an easier course than many. I generally score about 10 strokes below my average.
