Salem Harbor Golf Course opened for play in June 2000. The course is open to residents of the Salem Harbor Appartments community. The course is one of a number of mmenities at the compex.
Salem Harbour has created a country club atmosphere in a residential community. At this unique riverfront apartment community, you can enjoy a wealth of activities year-round. Within their 75 manicured acres on the shore of the Delaware River, residents can play a round on the 9-hole golf course, swim a few laps in the Olympic-sized pool and return some serves on the all surface tennis courts. If a workout is part of your routine, their Nautilus center and jogging path are perfect for keeping in shape. Residents can even sail, fish or water ski from the private 80-boat marina. Salem Harbour has a staffed clubhouse to hold community sponsored events such as Friday night parties or simply to act as a gathering place for residents' social activities. Salem Harbour also makes commuting easy with a free shuttle service to and from the nearby Septa Train Station.

Salem Harbour makes only token efforts to maintain the course. It is mowed once a week, but to a very deep length. Geese predominate. No tee boxes. Greens are pitted and unplayable. Flags are never moved. Only worth playing if you live with 100 yards and are very thrifty.
