When I stopped to see if I could play Mountaineer Golf & Country Club (Closed today because of wet conditions) the owner said Dunkard Valley GC had closed and is now farmland with some houses. After showing him the "Foretee.com" write-up on his Mountaineer G & CC he said, "Meadow Ponds GC and White Day GC" on your list have closed their doors. I told him the next through here I'll stop a play his course.
