I play Myrtlewood every time I visit Myrtle Beach. Both the Pine Hills and Palmetto courses are female-friendly but both give you a run for your money. Staff is friendly, the snack bar is well-stocked and there are plenty of restrooms.

Would travel: 120-300 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Expensive and worth it

MAYBE A LITTLE HARSH AS WE WERE CART PATH ONLY AFTER A DAY OF HEAVY RAIN THE DAY BEFORE. WE KINDA GOT STUCK ON THE FRONT NINE BUT IT OPENED UP ON THE BACK.

Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Vacation Worthy

I played this course as part of a two day local tournament. It was in excellent shape and was a joy to play. I would definitely play it again.

Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing

It was good for a person from Maine to play at mid-summer conditions for Maine in April. The course was an average course, we have many in Maine that are as good.
