Detailed description of Arrowhead Country Club -Cypress-Waterway
Arrowhead Country Club -Cypress/Waterway, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The Arrowhead course(s) first opened for play in 1994. The designer was Tom Jackson.
The Waterway 9 is definitely the best tract with The Lakes a close second, while The Cypress is a distant 3rd.
(cart included), played on Friday, September 2008 at 4pm
Wet conditions coupled with recently aireated greens made it difficult to totally enjoy my round. Normally this course is excellent.
$41 (cart included), played on Sunday, February 2008 at 8am
Always great treatment by staff. Playing conditions are always very good. Course is very challenging but fair. Greens fast and true. Although many do not repair ball marks on greens. They give locals a great deal with their Locals Players Card.

My only problem with the course was the greens would not hold a good shot. They were very hard and would hit and roll off the green. May have been due to the time of year.Jim
