Cypress Bay Golf Club is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Little River, South Carolina.
The course was designed by Russell Breeden. The Golf Course at Cypress Bay first opened for play in 1972.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,502 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,004 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 10, a par-5 that plays to 519 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 191 yards from the back tees.</p>
Watch out for # 7, a 377 377-yard-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 15, a 355 yard par-4.
After 42 years of operation, the course closed March 1, 2014. Mungo Homes, based in Columbia, has several existing developments on the Grand Strand and plans to covert the course to residential property.

Cypress Bay is a nice course. This course represents good value, fun golf, and the pace of play is up to par. Added to this, the staff is really nice.
