Linton Country Club is a Private, 9 hole golf course located in Linton, North Dakota.
Linton Country Club first opened for play in 1930.
The course has tree lined fairways ad large greens. The terrain is hilly. Sand bunkers are strategically placed throughout the course. A creek comes into play on three holes including #4, a 199 yard par-3. The water hazard crosses the fairway.
Par for the course is 34. From the back tees the course plays to 3,042 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 2,948 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 596 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 187 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 596 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 1, a 249 yard par-3.

The course is laid out in a "regular" small town fashion. Fairways basically run along side each other. Pine trees and lots of them do line almost all the fairways. Another challenge is the fairways provide unfortunate opportunities for uphill or downhill lies if your tee-off shot is not will placed.
