Bays Mountain Golf Club, previously named Silver Lake Golf Club, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Church Hill, Tennessee.
The course first opened for play in 1975.
The course is interesting to play, it can be deceiving at times. You must read the breaks on the greens carefully, or run the risk of three or four putting. Water that comes into play on two holes, and there is one treacherous hill that can cause some very difficult, uneven lies. The greens look flat but will surprise you with subtle breaks.
The 9-hole Bays Mountain Golf Club measures 3,126 yards from the back tees and plays to a par-36. The course rating is 40.0 with a slope rating of 113.

In 2017, Lucas Armstrong and his family purchased the Church Hill, Tenn., property and reopened it under its original name, Bays Mountain Golf Club. Armstrong learned to play golf on the property and is now learning another element of the game—course maintenance.

A good; basic golf course. Must play it more than once to know where trouble is ( #2 green hidden downhill behind a creek). Love that a few of the holes (2 of thepar 5s) had alternate sets of tees if I had the time to play a 2nd 9 holes One par 5 and one par 4 "switched;" giving the course a bit of variety) No sand on the course- and very walkable!! Only real hill was going from 4th green to 5th tee box.
